Final Samples In Production!

Hey! Just popping in to let you all know that soon-ish~ I'll have photos of the samples for the Pink bag, Red bag, and 6 new insert colours! I know a few people were still waiting on these samples before deciding to purchase these items. 

In order to save time, I will not have these items shipped to me, the manu will just be taking photos for us instead! However, I've noticed that all the photos they've sent me of samples so far have matched the items exactly so I'm pretty confident that they will be close to exactly as pictured. Of course- there are many variables that go with this such as how colours are displayed on your specific monitor, lighting of photos, etc etc.

I'm hoping to have these photos by the end of next week. As always- the backerkit surveys & preorder store will be locking/closing & cards will be charged on October 31st 2020. You have until this day to change/remove/add anything to your backerkit surveys & preorders! So those of you who were waiting should be able to get your final verdict once these samples come in! :)

Just for the sake of transparency and keeping everyone updated; since the funds have processed from the campaign, I have so far paid for these last couple samples, as well as some packaging items, backing cards for the exclusive enamel pins, and some thank you cards that I am so excited to include in these orders as well as future orders! Everything else is nicely tucked into my savings account until I place the bulk order closer to the middle of November!

With the backerkit closing on October 31st 2020, this is when I am expecting to have final counts for what I need to order as well as know how much I have in funds to allocate to different items (between bags, inserts, pins, etc.) I have also gotten updated quotes from my other manu and am excited to announce that the "Skip The Straw, Save A Turtle", Asexual pride coffee cup, Unicorn Frappe, & H.B.I.C. pins will actually be cheaper than I was anticipating. All these designs are either very close or are already fully unlocked now!

And to leave off with a funfact; at this time, our most popular insert colour is Earl Grey! & Our most popular bag colour is actually a tie between Black & Brown, which have both been dancing around a full 100 orders each!!

Obtaining Funds & Setting Up Orders!

Hey guys! Just wanted to pop in and let you guys know that Kickstarter has finished processing the funds from the campaign and is sending them to me. I should have them next week, and I can start to get a couple things we need for rewards! :) 

Speaking of rewards;

There's currently still 75 people who have not filled out their backerkit surveys! Please note that if you do not fill out your surveys then;

1) I won't have your address to send your rewards to

2) Your shipping fees that are due will not be paid

3) I cannot guarantee you will get a bag in your choice of colour, or potentially at all!

If you do not fill out your surveys by October 31st & pay your shipping fees (again, cards will be charged October 31st), you may not be able to get the bag you want in the colours you want. Please please make sure to fill out your survey as soon as you can! :)

Again, all cards will be charged on October 31st for backerkit add ons as well as shipping costs.

Backerkit Smoke Tests Sent Out!

Hello!!

Smoke tests for backerkit have been sent out!! What does this mean? 5% of pledges from every tier have gotten their surveys sent out. In another 2 or so days I'll be able to send out the rest of the surveys. Backerkit requires smoke tests to be sent out first so that if any of the surveys have any problems, we can fix them easily before everyone gets the surveys.

Backerkit Surveys Are Coming Soon! {Final Days To Fix Pledges!}

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. I am planning to close the backerkit on Halloween (October 31st). This is also when your cards will be charged for shipping & any add ons.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://keikiiarts-coffee-cup-and-tea-cup-ita-bags.backerkit.com.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://keikiiarts-coffee-cup-and-tea-cup-ita-bags.backerkit.com/faq.

There are still 13 of you who have failed payments for pledges! Please make sure that this is fixed by Friday, or you will loose your access to early bird & kickstarter exclusive pricing and items!
